This document describes and analyzes the shortcomings in the educational process, validating its environment to determine how it affects it, on the one hand, based on some previous studies that have been carried out in the education sector, and on the other hand supported by the application of some surveys that allow knowing the perception of quality in education from different perspectives: teachers, managers, students and parents or guardians; in such a way that strategies can be generated that give a positive turn to the educational community, seeking a quality education for students, achieving a change in the future for them, being more productive and facilitating access to the labor market in the best way possible. All these types of behaviors of the population impact on the development of nations and the population in general, which are evidenced through various reports that demonstrate it.
