The analysis of organizational climate factors aims to collect adequate information that serves as a reference to find a solution that is feasible for individuals and organizational objectives. In this way, all organizations in order to fulfill the organizational objectives and goals must specifically know the behaviors and feelings that the members who maintain within the institution to generate improvement plans to find comfort, a balance between the climate and objectives organizational, broadening the perception of a particular level, not only visualizing from the general perspective. In accordance with the above, the objective of this work is to analyze the factors that affect the organizational climate of the National Open and Distance University, in order to propose an improvement plan.
