Remote Measurement System For Variables Associated With Water Quality
The development of a system for measuring water quality in a treatment plant of a company in the educational sector of the city of Bogotá is presented, which is composed of an Arduino Uno microcontroller, sensors of hydrogen potential pH, conductivity and turbidity connected to the network by an ethernet shield. The information collected by the sensors is processed by the microcontroller and then sent to a remote web and database server where it is stored and available for consultation by the plant operator. In this way, the system allows to know in real time the quality of the treated water and thus the operator can take the necessary preventive or corrective measures as possible. This document presents the results related to the general functioning and connectivity tests of the microcontroller with the remote server.
