Analysis Of The Digital Transformation In Cacao Production, In The Municipality Of San Vicente De Chucurí, Santander: An Approach From Green Project Magnament.

The formulation of an agricultural digitization model is proposed for the improvement of Cacao production in the Municipality of San Vicente de Chucuri, Santander. Starting from the analysis from the perspective of the formulation of green projects and the management of the Stakeholders, as a method to counteract the effects of climate change in agriculture.

The model that was presented seeks to be a tool to contribute to improving the well-being conditions of farmers and food security regarding cocoa production under the parameters of the Project Management. Likewise, and in accordance with this problem, the present work seeks to describe how the evolution of the digital age maximizes the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), innovating and improving technical and competitiveness capacities in the increase of agricultural production.
