The application architecture or software architecture is oriented to the design of the system structure, with the aim of solving its technical and business requirements, reducing the risks associated with the construction of the software. This document describes a web-oriented software solution architecture to automate the self-evaluation process of academic programs at the National Open and Distance University, obtaining as a solution the selection of the model view controller pattern which is based on the 3-layer architecture, and the functional, information, and development points of view taking into account the system requirements, in order to offer a functional and scalable product over time.
