This document presents a prototype of a multipoint thermocouple with control of ambient temperature fluctuations within the Andino glass factory. This prototype, according to its appearance, was named “Spider Thermocouple” and has a wide measurement range between –200 ° C to 3000 ° C, which is used to characterize the temperature inside the company facilities. The proposed methodology is focused on the design and implementation of a test prototype and then on the Spider thermocouple, for the implementation of the thermocouple microcontrollers are used to detect temperature differences and perform the required control.
