This paper analyzes muscle stability in university athletes and its relationship with maximal oxygen consumption (VO2max) and body composition. The findings of Moreno Barriga et al.'s study are reviewed, where various physiological parameters were evaluated in a population of university athletes. The results highlight the importance of muscle stability in sports performance and its connection with aerobic capacity and body composition.
