This writing addresses the research exercise developed in the Psychosocial Action Towards Community Wellbeing Seedbed with the SISSU solidarity strategy from its practice setting for psychology, where psychosocial actions are implemented from telepsychology in search of improving the community mental health of the Colombian regions and generate social responsibility before the psychological, social, cultural and environmental aspects generated by the confinement due to the current pandemic.

Therefore, it is executed from the use of digital tools and taking the telepsychology guide of the Colombia College of Psychologists COLPSIC, to guarantee the quality of psychosocial intervention in Colombian regions. Among the results, the positive impact of the exercise of the community psychologist is recognized when it comes to understanding and analyzing social interactions where co-management is a fundamental source for the success of all intervention with the community and construction of a supportive society, thus strengthening community mental health and a high psychosocial well-being is obtained.
