Within the framework of the project entitled: Analysis of the impact generated by COVID 19 on the administrative management of Nariño companies with an innovative vocation and proposal for intervention actions based on marketing, advanced by the ECACEN Sindamanoy research group, an approach to the bibliographic review of the main trends due to the pandemic in Nariño companies with an innovative vocation, to identify the key variables from which the main trends of the business sector can be identified in the context of study and finally, diagnose the current state of organizations to generate a course of action from marketing.

The main variables were assumed: business formalization, number of employees, sales, profitability, market share, installed capacity and marketing.

The study is justified taking into account that many of the companies in the sector really need an investigative effort to mitigate the impact of a reality that has been analyzed from academic spaces with catalytic experiences to take advantage of new opportunities.
