Colombia stands out for its constant creation of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), transforming the labor market. However, these businesses often face challenges in areas such as management, economics, politics, environment, and the inexperience of their founders.
To foster the development of rural entrepreneurship in San Francisco, Cundinamarca, it is crucial to strengthen community organization and characterize the population in the context of rural tourism. Based on this information, an organizational management plan can be designed. The UNAD will support this process, providing scientific knowledge to enhance the management of rural tourism projects and leverage the territorial competitiveness and local human talent.
