Socially responsible supply chain and new technologies
The application of the value chain theory to the purchasing and supply process at IN&SA Ingeniería y Soluciones Ambientales SAS was carried out within the framework of the internship process developed, which allowed the reformulation of the mission principles and organizational chart, to coherently address the purchasing and supply aspects, to leave a document that provides future clarity in corporate management. This is how, additionally, the need to incorporate the principles of learning and organizational intelligence into the value chain in companies is analyzed, necessarily permeated by new technologies and the principles of corporate social responsibility, to generate competitiveness conditions adaptable to the needs of the business context.
The supply chain must be in a permanent dynamic of change in organizations according to the advances of new technologies and the aspects of corporate social responsibility, which allow for maintaining the conditions of competitiveness regardless of the advances and innovations in the environment. To do this, the company must be in a permanent dynamic of adaptation, learning, training, and articulation of technologies, listening to the client's voice of the interest groups that comprise it. It is about a socially responsible and technologically supplied supply chain in a continuous dynamic of change and global adaptation, capable of assuming future challenges and taking advantage of emerging opportunities.
