Analysis of the administrative process and its validity

The administrative process is still in force in the strategic planning of organizations. For Henry Fayol, who was the first author to propose a comprehensive approach to managing an organization, management should be carried out through a series of key elements such as planning, organization, direction and control that every company should apply.

Over time, the stages of the process have been analyzed in different academic and business areas. The authors have concluded that the stages of the administrative process are still in force, although with variations in more current concepts such as motivation and the ability to guide through participative leadership.

This paper will mainly characterize the administrative process and its evolution, from the primary stages. Within the description of these stages, there are key factors for implementation in different organizational areas and its evolution over the years
