Commercial Factors Affecting the Feasibility of a Corn Cake Production Plant in Sabanalarga, Atlántico

The corn bun is a very ancestral food of the families of the Municipality of Sabanalarga, Atlántico, which has generally come down through generations; initially the indigenous people produced them based on corn dough that they themselves planted. Currently, the Municipality of Sabanalarga, Atlántico is considered one of the producing, marketing and distributing departments of corn buns. The objective of this study is to analyze the 'production and marketing of corn buns; applying a qualitative-descriptive methodology for this purpose. The results showed that producers consider that production has had a significant increase and is increasing, this is due to the number of families that are dedicated to this profession.
