Strategic and prospective plan of the Marquezlac dairy food processor of the municipality of Ciénega Boyaca by 2026
This document is the product of the proposal that consists of the formulation of the strategic plan and prospective of MARQUEZLAC dairy products food processor for 2026 which is located in Ciénega municipality in Boyacá state, from the application of advanced strategic proposed model that includes the development of the following stages: history framework and technology
monitoring of milk sector; identification of change and analysis factor based on structural method MICMAC, analysis of role game MACTOR, design of scenario according to cross axis methodology of Peter Schwartz, formulation of strategies and action plans (Mojica, 2008). The main need that bases on the development of the strategic plan and prospective of MARQUEZLAC food processor does not have a focused strategic management nor growth potential of milk sector in the province of Márquez.
This sector generates challenges and opportunities for the company, which should be capitalized opportunely by a visionary and clear strategic planning. The methodology used in this proposal is built on mixed approach research, so that it works Delphi method in order to look up experts as MICMAC and MACTOR methods on tool box of foresight by Michel Godet (2007).
