Design of financial tools for the personal and business development of union rural women in the municipality of LÑa Plata, Huila

This proposal is made especially for the unionized rural women of the Municipality of La Plata Huila, in order to raise awareness among this population in their faculties, create spaces to develop their skills in education, which contribute to an improvement as members of a home, a community and region. With the aim of taking into account the various needs they go through.

The research is of a quantitative approach, of a descriptive type, the technique for collecting information is carried out through the application of a questionnaire with closed questions. These results will be analyzed to design a basic financial education program.

The instrument proposed for the development of this research allows obtaining information on sociodemographic variables, the financial knowledge of the target population, in concepts of savings, budget, investment and indebtedness.

With this research, it is sought to create a virtual education tool, where basic financial information can be accessed so that they can play a role in the economic area from their home and agricultural business, for making personal and business decisions and thus plan, organize, manage, finance, save, undertake and most importantly improve your quality of life and that of the people around you.
