Psychological contract for internal stakeholders of organizations
Organizations worldwide are in a process of reflection so that their internal stakeholders have working conditions that not only meet the expectations of economic remuneration, but also provide certain conditions of stability and personal and professional growth, which will be seen reflected in the commitment that workers may have with the organization, which supports the development of this and the employee. For this reason, through this paper, we want to present two advanced management theories in organizations through which it seeks to improve the development and growth of these, one is the theory of the psychological contract, and how it is intertwined and related to the stakeholder theory, speaking of internal stakeholders of organizations. An initial review of each theory will be made to then make a relationship proposal that allows opening the option for future research.
