For the human being, life has always been a constant competition. The greatest challenges have achieved the most ambitious goals. At present, human beings are challenged by a context of total uncertainty, in which the economic recession and the effects on mental health have tended to grow, especially after the contingency that was the Covid 19 pandemic, which caused some of the social foundations to stumble. Flexibility was the norm, and an urgent adaptation to new life habits occurred, especially in the use
of information technologies (IT). In the midst of this disruptive panorama, this research aims to use two innovative study streams, to improve the psychological and economic situation; The first, neuromarketing, as a tool to communicate directly to society in its cognition, and the second, dreams, as a medical reflection of mental health.
