Formulation of international cooperation projects methodology Presidential Agency for International Cooperation APC Colombia and the Study Center for the Preparation and Socioeconomic Evaluation of Projects CEPEP de Mexico

This monograph is carried out in order to show the route for the application of international cooperation projects in Mexico City D.F. taking into account the regulations of the Presidential Agency for International Cooperation APC of Colombia and the Study Center for the Preparation and Socioeconomic Evaluation of CEPEP Projects of Mexico, establishing through a thorough review of the procedures applied in the countries to be able to participate in this type of projects that encourage economic development in the parts studied.

The applied methodology was the structural organization of the step by step for the writing of the same, where in the first place the topic is selected and the problem is defined.

Secondly, Bibliographic consultation where the adequate and necessary information for the preparation of the document is discovered and gathered. For this case, the specialized analytical review table and the Medeley tool were used, which is essential for the bibliographic review and organization of the subject studied.

Third: Accessing the information and exercising the critical spirit in this phase makes a definitive approach to the subject and ordering of the material.

Finally, writing: communicate the results in writing. It is possible to establish the route for the presentation of international cooperation projects with Mexico, establishing the presentation structure and checklist of compliance with requirements.

The appropriate methodology was established for the presentation of international cooperation projects under the requirements of the Study Center for the Preparation and Socioeconomic Evaluation of CEPEP Projects of Mexico.
