This research work is developed within the framework of the themes of social entrepreneurship, competitiveness and marketing in social organizations in the city of Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area. The objective of the study is to identify the variables that affect internal competitiveness in social organizations that serve children in a state of vulnerability in the city of Bucaramanga.

The analysis of the competitiveness factors is carried out through the analysis of frequencies and central tendency, to establish the dynamics of the variables of internal competitiveness of marketing in the participating organizations with respect to: Identification of the social offer, structuring of social capacities to the market, administration in entrepreneurship and social innovation.

The study is articulated with the ECACEN research project called: The endogenous competitiveness of marketing in social entrepreneurship organizations in Colombia.

The main results of the study allow us to infer that the directors of these social organizations consider all the components evaluated to be relevant for developing internal market competitiveness in their organizations. It was possible to identify that for women it is very important to identify the social offer and the structuring of social capacities to the market.
