by students from the “Gestores del Desarrollo Local Colombiano- GEDELCO” seedbed, attached to the HUNZAHUA group, its objective is to strengthen electronic commerce in the handicrafts sector in the department of Boyacá In order to improve their competitive capacities, for this it was required to know the skills of the artisans of the department of Boyacá in terms of their commercialization processes at the regional and national level, for this an exploratory and descriptive methodology was applied, with a qualitative and quantitative mixed approach. The design of the research had 4 aspects, namely: Commercial evaluation of the artisans of Boyacá, creation of the commercial training plan, executing commercial training plan, elaboration of e-commerce strategies, in order to improve the skills of the artisans. of the sector and promote its commercialization in networks.
