Occupational profile of graduates of the academic program of business administration of the national open and distance university -UNAD.
The National Open and Distance University -UNAD as a public, educational, national organization, by legal mandate must maintain a permanent communication channel with graduates in order to know the social and labor impact they generate in the region. This research aims to analyze the occupational profile of business administration graduates of the National Open and Distance University-UNAD CEAD Florence, from 2016 to 2018. Due to the nature of the research, this was approached from a mixed approach - descriptive, combining quantitative and qualitative studies. The results obtained allow us to detail that the graduate's occupational profile is in accordance with the professional and labor context of the graduate. Currently, they are working in areas related to the purpose of the program, when evaluating the mission, vision, and professional competencies, the study plan, with the functions it performs, shows an adequate level of acceptance and satisfaction, and the relationship of the program with the regional context is highly relevant.
