The objective of this research was to analyze teachers' perceptions regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) as support for technopedagogical resources in higher education institutions
offering distance learning programs in a virtual modality. This analysis identified key challenges
and experiences encountered by educators when interacting with innovative technologies that promote inclusive  education. To achieve this, open-ended surveys and a Likert-type questionnaire
were administered to 61 teachers working in distance education in the departments of Tolima and
Cundinamarca. In light of advancements in the education sector, technological and pedagogical resources—when responsibly integrated—can generate engaging and innovative content for the academic community.
