Traditional public health education models face an adherence crisis among new generations, evidenced by the increase in psychosocial morbidity according to the ASIS Colombia 2024. Facing this severe communicational disconnect, this FIKA TEI format presentation introduces the "Frikisalubrista" strategy. The objective is to demonstrate how the intersection between geek culture (anime, cosplay, gaming) and epidemiological rigor configures an immersive ecosystem that transforms health promotion and prevention. Methodologically, the "Trojan Horse Effect" is used, employing gamification and digital storytelling to decode the youth attention algorithm. The results expose the project's evolution: from its virality in digital ecosystems to its materialization in massive territorial interventions such as the "Health Festival" and events like Comic-Con. It is concluded that the consumption of anime and serious games positively impacts identity construction and resilience. By empowering these subcultures, "Ready Player Health" consolidates MetaHealth as a hybrid experience , demonstrating that effective innovation requires digital literacy and profound human sensitivity.
