The objective of this experience was to implement a health tele-education strategy using digital tools to strengthen dengue promotion and prevention actions in the territory of the Playa Renaciente Community Council (CIP Cali, South Central Zone), within the framework of the Telehealth course of the Health Administration program. This exercise was structured in three phases: in the first phase, a participatory analysis of local problems was carried out together with H-mediators, H-students, and the territory's active social actors; the second phase consisted of the collaborative construction of orientation tools, including infographics and web pages, which were validated by experts to guarantee the relevance and quality of the content. Finally, in the third phase, the orientation was implemented directly in the territory, promoting community prevention and awareness practices focused on dengue prevention. As a result, a health tele-education toolbox composed of infographics and web pages on dengue prevention was obtained, validated by experts and shared directly in the territory, through which the course students managed to articulate tele-education with digital inclusion processes, demonstrating critical appropriation and social commitment. This process transcended the academic sphere and highlighted tele-education as an innovative strategy for health promotion and dengue prevention in this case.
